🏆🎾 SQUASH LEGENDS – THEN & NOW! 🎾🏆
🔥 Who remembers the squash champions of the 70s?
I've been lucky enough to receive some fantastic old photos and newspaper clippings about one of Goondiwindi's very own squash legends, who was making a name for himself as a junior squash champion back in the 1970s! 📰📸
How wonderful to look back at the history of squash in our town and the talented players who helped make the sport what it was! 💛
And now, here we are, bringing the competition back to life at Goondiwindi Squash Courts! 🙌
🏆 The big question is… who will be crowned our next Thursday Night Squash Champion?
Will it be one of our seasoned players showing the young ones how it's done?
Or will a new squash star emerge? 🌟
One thing's for sure —
the competition is heating up, and we're loving every minute of it! 🔥
📸 Have a look at these fantastic memories from the past!
💬 Do you remember playing squash in Goondiwindi back in the day? Were you a player, a champion, or a spectator? We'd love to hear your stories!
🎾 Here's to celebrating our squash history while creating some new memories!

PART 2 OF 3 ✨ MEMORY FIELDS

Have you ever wondered why you keep reacting the same way, even when you know you want to respond differently?

Sometimes in a session, I uncover what I refer to as a memory field — something sitting beneath your conscious awareness that may still be influencing how you feel or respond today.

These may show up in my work as connections to earlier experiences, generational patterns or even past lives. You may not consciously remember where something began, but the pattern can still feel familiar — almost as though your body remembers something your conscious mind doesn't.

Another thing I may uncover is a post-hypnotic suggestion. I explain this like a record playing quietly on repeat — a message or belief that has become so familiar that your subconscious continues to follow it.

My work is about identifying what may be underneath these patterns, releasing what no longer serves you and, where appropriate, introducing something new in its place. ✨
