The bent-over row strengthens the upper back, shoulders and arms, helping maintain the pulling strength needed for everyday activities like lifting, carrying and reaching. The single-leg position also challenges the core and balance, helping build stability, coordination and whole-body strength.

How's your Wall Posture Score? 👀

Try this simple 6-point wall test and see how many natural contact points you have.

Remember though... this isn't a test of "good" or "bad" posture.

At our recent health talk, we discussed that there is no single perfect posture. What's often more important is your ability to move, change positions, and your postural tolerance.

This wall test is simply a snapshot of your current mobility and how your body naturally rests against a wall. If you score lower, it doesn't mean there's something "wrong" with you—it may just highlight areas where mobility, strength, or flexibility could be improved.

✅ Count your score out of 6.
⭐ Bonus point if you can comfortably maintain all contact points for 30 seconds.
