This World Menopause Day, we’re celebrating what comes next. 🤍
For so much of a woman’s life, her body operates to a rhythm that isn’t entirely her own.
Periods. Fertility. Pregnancy. Birth. Breastfeeding. Hormonal shifts. Decades of cycles and change.
And then comes menopause.
It can be challenging. It can be messy. And for some women, the transition can have a very real impact on their physical and emotional wellbeing.
But there can also be something wonderfully liberating on the other side.
A body no longer governed by a monthly cycle. No more periods. No more contraception. No more wondering if this month might be the month. A new stage of life where your body belongs entirely to you.
From a body that has spent decades serving, to a body that gets to simply be yours.
So this World Menopause Day, Sunday 18 October, while we continue to advocate for better recognition, treatment and support for women experiencing menopause, we also want to celebrate the women emerging on the other side.
Older. Wiser. Freer.
And perhaps just getting started…again. 🤍
