We are so proud to share that our full time trainee, Zena, has been selected as a finalist for the Rising Star Award in the 2026 Novaskill Excellence Awards! 🎉

This recognition reflects the person and support worker Zena is, along with the hard work, commitment and determination she has shown throughout her traineeship.

We also want to thank our clients who have placed their trust in Zena and our team, as well as our staff who have shared their skills, knowledge and guidance. Your encouragement and support have helped nurture Zena into the phenomenal support worker she is today. 💜

Connecting our participants with the local community 💅✨

This week we linked in with TAFE for beauty services, giving our participants the opportunity to be pampered whilst supporting students while they build their practical skills.

Arron is very comfortable with the whole nail salon experience 😂 He’s looking pretty happy for a man sitting at the nail table!

We love finding simple, everyday opportunities like this that build community connection, confidence and new experiences. 💜

A great day out at the Ramornie Races!

Our YCSSCV crew had a fantastic time enjoying the races, catching up with friends and being part of such a great community event.

Lots of smiles, plenty of laughs and some wonderful memories made!
