Practitioners need some healing and self-care, too.
Today I had a Craniosacral Therapy Session with Crystal Hollis at the Riverside Health Clinic (and also at Clarence Natural Therapies).
It was an amazing experience, working on a core deep level on old physical trauma and stuck patterns. Just by gently touching my shoulder my body was able to release tension from my jaw, spine and sacrum - I felt held and nurtured.
By cradling my head I felt my whole body align and the psoas (which holds tension and trauma through fight or flight mechanisms) relax and release gradually.
When Crystal put her hand under my sacrum I felt a shift on such a deep level going through old patterns allowing release and healing on a very deep level.
The photos show me walking off the old energy and integrating the Craniosacral healing session.

Sandy will be presenting this workshop at my home, so it will be an intimate group of 8 people max. I’ll be adding some homeopathic advice and you will be taking home a homeopathic remedy to balance your hormones.

I’ll be at the Pillar Valley market with Rotai Pain Relief Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. Come and say hi!

Spring is here and the flowers are popping 💚💛🩷 and 2wks until the Pillar Valley Spring markets:)

This will be our first spring market since we restarted the markets at Tanamon and it should be a good one…we have been networking locally since winter and doing callouts to grow the markets with more fresh produce as well as our regular stalls…

Following the markets the crew will start setting up for our Sets night…the casual soundcheck session usually goes from 3.30-4.30 before the bands kick off…there is always the option to come for the markets and camp up for the night of music too:)
