🏡 Supported Independent Living (SIL) Information Session for Parents, Families & Carers. Are you wondering what the future might look like for your loved one with disability?

Many families ask themselves: "What happens if there comes a time when I can no longer provide the level of support my loved one needs?"

Supported Independent Living (SIL) can provide a pathway to greater independence and ongoing support, but many families only learn about the SIL process when they are already facing a crisis or urgent situation.

At Caringa, we believe that planning early leads to better outcomes. That's why we're hosting a free information session to help families and carers understand:

✅ What Supported Independent Living (SIL) is
✅ Who may be eligible for SIL funding
✅ How the approval process works
✅ What evidence and planning may be required
✅ How to start preparing before support becomes urgent
✅ Common questions and misconceptions about SIL

🌿✨ A Beautiful Day Out at the Croquet Club ✨🌿
There’s something truly special about days like these 💚
Caringa’s Castle Hub participants have been enjoying their regular visits to the Lawrence Croquet Club, and this month’s outing was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of smiles as everyone took part in a game of croquet. 🌞
We’re so grateful to the incredible team at the Lawrence Croquet Club who welcome us so warmly each month. Their encouragement, and support make every visit such a positive and inclusive experience for our participants. 💫
Moments like this are what it’s all about – getting out in the community, building connections, trying new things, and having fun together.
