✨ Sometimes healing begins with curiosity ✨

One of the things I love most about teaching Reiki is watching people discover that there is so much more available to them than they realised.

Many students arrive feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about energy and healing.

By the end of the day, they have learned how to work with Reiki energy, support their own wellbeing, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

Over the past few weeks, I've watched students begin practising self-healing, exploring the Reiki principles, and building trust in their own intuition.

Reiki isn't about having special gifts.

It's about learning to slow down, listen, and create space for healing.

This Full Moon is a rare Blue Moon in Sagittarius. Spiritually, this lunation represents emotional clarity, karmic closure, and powerful self-awareness. Because it is the second full moon of the month, it acts as an energetic checkpoint, inviting you to shed outdated beliefs, embrace adventure, and step boldly into your next chapter.

Reiki is universal energy it is available to us all.
It changes how we feel about our bodies, our thoughts, our environment.

We are energy every cell in our body is energy we respond to energy like a magnet because we are energy!

When we become attuned to Reiki we amplify our energy and ability to heal ourselves by moving stuck stagnant energy, aligning our energetic body which corresponds with the organs in our body, we also become a beacon of light attracting more light.

Light attracts light which shifts undesirable energy such as addictions that put us in lower vibration states.

Reiki is a gift to self and others. When you choose to learn Reiki you are choosing to be a better version of yourself by self healing, being responsible for your own energy and helping others do the same.

It is an honour to teach Reiki, I am a Usui Reiki Master, I live by the principles and values. If you are feeling inspired and want to learn we have two options -

⭐️ Online Learning self paced, easy to follow videos, handbook and workbook. You can message me anytime to support you. Certified Learning.

⭐️ In Person Learning 1 day training, handbook, workbook, support and certification. Next training day is this long weekend - Saturday June 6th at 207 Prince Street, Grafton.

After the beautiful energy of our first in-person Reiki Level 1 training, I’m so excited to officially open the next training date for June.

Watching students reconnect with themselves, feel energy for the first time, receive their Reiki attunements, and begin their healing journeys was incredibly special.

Now, I’m opening space for the next group ready to begin 🌿

It’s been a great week thank you to all our amazing customers and clients. 🙏❤️

We love holding space for you, being available in service and offering a precious range of crystals for you to choose from.

Grateful for the time to spend with medicine stones before healings, having beautiful conversations to strangers that fast become friends and being involved in buying gifts for loved ones. It truly is an honour.
