Join us for a powerful evening of Qigong as we explore the Diamond Breath, a practice designed to nourish the lungs, release emotional heaviness, and cultivate greater clarity, discernment, and inner strength.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the lungs are associated with the Metal Element and our ability to let go of what no longer serves us, while inviting fresh energy, inspiration, and purpose into our lives.

This gentle yet powerful session will include breathwork, flowing Qigong movements, meditation, and energy cultivation practices suitable for all levels.
