To our beautiful Zen Thyme community 💕

Our shop will be temporarily closed this week as we continue renovations and improvements within the space to create an even more aligned, welcoming and supportive environment for you all. 🙏✨

We know things have felt a little quieter and more transitional lately, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support during this time. Sometimes we need to pause, reset and rebuild properly so we can return in a more sustainable and heart-led way moving forward. 🫶

Healing appointments will officially resume from next Tuesday, and we are so looking forward to reconnecting with everyone again soon. 💕

🌿 A Gentle Truth & A New Chapter

Over the past five years, this space has carried a lot.

Like many, life has asked more of me than I could have anticipated — personally, professionally, energetically. And while I have continued to show up with heart and intention, the truth is… things have needed to change.

This year has required me to pull back at times. To reassess. To reflect deeply on what I am building, how I am serving, and what I need in order to do it well.

Holding space for others is sacred work. It requires vitality, clarity, and a grounded nervous system. And I realised that in order to return with the passion, strength and magic that this space deserves — I needed to allow myself space too.

So the intermittent closures haven’t been inconsistency.

They’ve been recalibration.

They’ve been restoration.

They’ve been rebuilding from the inside out.

I am currently transforming the physical space — but more importantly, I’ve been transforming the foundation beneath it.

Thank you to those who have stayed, supported, trusted and understood. Your patience has meant more than you know.

This next chapter isn’t about surviving the past five years.

It’s about rising from them — with renewed vigour, deeper wisdom, and a space that truly reflects the energy I want to bring forward.

Today, I’ll be closing the shop to celebrate Beau’s birthday and take him on an adventure for the day 🎉🎁

As I have previously posted, I’m currently renovating and re-energising the space behind the scenes. With so many pieces now coming together, I’ve decided to allow this week to be a gentle pause — creating space for the magic to fully transform.

Sometimes the most powerful progress happens when we step back, breathe, and let things integrate properly.

Thank you for your patience and continued support while I nurture both family time and this next evolution of the space.
