Hey Folks
Eating the right food can make all the difference between being on medications or not

When I discovered my parents were taking so many different meds while they were still with us
I advised changes to their diets
They happily did it
Diuretics made my dad dizzy
Blood thinners made him bleed too much
Then there dangers of cholesterol tablets

Within 2 months their bloods were excellent and no medications for the rest of their lives

Food can keep you of your meds
Eat right the rest will follow
Most Folks no longer know whats good or not these days
Keep it simple
Eat less
Exercise more
Double organic fruit n vegetables
Avoid wheat
Increase wild caught fish
Increase legumes=chicken peas Lentils beans
Not from can but soak and cook
Soak rice few hours b4 cooking
Drink plenty of clean water, tea, fresh vegetable juices and herb teas 🍵
