KANGATRAINING is a workout designed specifically for mums to attend with their babies. With KANGATRAINING you don't have to wait until your baby is asleep or quiet before working out. KANGATRAINING means safe, overall fitness while your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you. KANGATRAINING is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular strength/capac

ity are enhanced. Pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and correct posture are given special attention. KANGATRAINING is safe for your pelvic floor and focuses on correct carrying of your baby during the workout. Mums that have *SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED* their 6 week postnatal check up are welcome to join us. Please note promotions vary from venue to venue and are at the discretion of the individual Kangatraining Instructor.

It’s been a big year 💖💜 you did it!

To the Mamas who gave birth in 2020 (and late 2019!)

So many of you have told us that watching life slowly return to “normal” has been a little bittersweet.

Seeing others have baby showers, visitors to hospital, going to mothers’ groups and having family support at home has unleashed a fresh grief and sense of loss for what you missed out on during the pandemic.

If you’re feeling that way, know that you’re not alone.

It’s been such a difficult year to have a baby and however you feel right now is valid. Relief, exhaustion, sadness, elation, pride, anger, love.

So much love.

But you did it, mama. You did it.

We are thinking of you all x
