Visiting Quinta da Regaleira in Portugal was one of the highlights of my travels.

The Initiation Well represents the axis mundi, the cosmic axis that connects Spirit, Earth and the Underworld.

The Initiation Well spirals deep into the Earth like an inverted tower and is connected with initiation rituals and the traditions associated with the Knights Templar.

The journey of initiation involved entering the Initiation Well blindfolded, holding a sword close to the heart and descending nine flights of stairs.

The descent into darkness is a symbolic spiritual death and a return to the womb of Mother Earth.
It begins with an entrance into the Earth and the underworld, a descent into the hidden spaces within ourselves.

It is an invitation to navigate and bring awareness to our own internal purgatory of thoughts, memories and emotions.
To journey into the deepest recesses of our mind and pysche.

It is both an ascent and a descent.
A complete cycle of death, rebirth and enlightenment through the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

At its centre lies an eight pointed compass Rose featuring a Templar cross which marks the literal centre point of the spiritual axis.

The Well reminded me that transformation and evolution often requires a descent before an ascent.

Journeying into the hidden and dark places within ourselves and confront what has been buried, release what no longer belongs to us and surrender to the unknown.

Only then can we emerge into the light.

This is what solo travelling has gifted me.
A mirroring and a reflection of who I am at my core.

These last few years I lost myself.
I forgot who I was.
Now I remember.

One of the best ways to see Lisbon, Portugal is to do a street art walking tour and it was one of my favoutite tours.

I could easily post another 20 different slides of art.

We walked for 3 hours beginning in a little suburb filled with local art, little bars, tapas and some incredible art.

I learnt not only the detailed history of Lisbon and what some of the art represented in their pivotal times of change but also little interesting tid bits.

Such as graffiti is present but no one will ever graffiti over the baroque tiles (or any tiles) on any building.

Its now made me look for a walking art tour when i reach Barcelona or any city i travel to from now on!!

10/10 ♥️

Soul connection can show up in the most unexpected ways, it can feel like a soul remembrance.

I know in my heart that some of these incredible people will stay in my life long after this trip ends.

After nearly 20 years of teaching and facilitating groups, I’m still moved by how quickly people can come together in kindness, openness, joy and honest sharing.

It didn’t matter whose table you sat at.
Everyone was welcome.
Everyone had a story.
Everyone made space for one another.

Feeling blessed and grateful for all the beautiful moments and people along the way, this tour was something special.

To Cindy, from the moment I met you in the elevator it was like we had known each other forever. Thank you for all the sneaky pics you took of me capturing some of my special moments when I wasn’t noticing.

To Manuela Sofia Peña and your beautiful Mum Maria, thank you for the late night drinks, the conversations, the cheekiness, the laughs and everything in between.
I feel so lucky to have met you all.

And Jay Mathieson thank you for the laughter, the joy, the chats and for being so brilliant at what you do.

I laughed a lot on this trip and also had some deeply meaningful conversations.

It reminded me that everyone is carrying something.

We all know loss, hardship and heartbreak, it’s part of the human experience no matter where we are in the world.

It humbles us

When that humility and the reminder of the preciousness of life is sprinkled with fun, connection and a shared desire to feel some happiness.

You get this group!

Obrigada ♥️🇵🇹

One of my favourite experiences in Portugal 🇵🇹
I feel incredibly grateful that I was able to see these beautiful and exquisite horses.

Herdade Monte Negro is the family home of a historic stud ranch, where Lusitano horses were reared for King João VI in the 18th century. This ranch has been in the family for six generations.

Being welcomed into their beautiful home, not only to learn about and witness these magnificent horses, but also to experience a traditional Portuguese lunch, was truly special.

And also their gorgeous little dog, Gin, who sat happily by my feet throughout the afternoon.

Such a beautiful experience and a very special highlight of my trip. 🇵🇹🐎

Thank you for opening up your home and welcoming us all so open heartedly!

The Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Monte in Braga is an extraordinary sacred mountain that tells the story of the Passion of Christ and its enduring significance in the history of humanity.

It embodies celebration, community, theatricality and life itself as a continuous and transformative journey.

Ascending the sacred mountain means climbing approximately
600 Baroque steps (or a furnicular powered by water) each one inviting you into a spiritual pilgrimage of soul purification and renewal.

Along the way, you pass through three symbolic stages:
• The Portico and the Passion of Christ
• The Stairway of the Five Senses
• The Stairway of the Three Virtues

The Stairway of the Five Senses begins at the Fountain of the Five Wounds. As you continue the ascent, the more your soul is cleansed with each fountain representing one of the five senses.

It is a soul reminder that we experience the beauty, wonder and joy of life through our senses, a gift shared and represented by the animal kingdom.

As I ascended I felt the spirits of my own inner five elements come into harmony, each awakening through the wisdom of both the animal and angelic realms.

It was a deeply personal and spiritual experience that will stay with me. This is one of my absolute favorite places I have visited in Portugal so far 🙏✨⭐️

The bond that forms between students is not an accidental by product of in person kinesiology training. It is a fundamental part of the learning experience The School of Elemental Kinesiology | PKP Kinesiology Training.

There is something profoundly transformative about healing in community. The relationships built within the classroom are paramount because healing flourishes in connection. In the space that opens between one student and another.

These bonds are cultivated through trust, respect and authenticity. The nervous system learns through co-regulation, within a supportive classroom, that regulation becomes shared.

One student softens in vulnerability and the room softens with them.

As students learn, practice and grow together, they become witnesses to one another’s journeys. There is a quiet medicine in realising you are not the only one carrying self-doubt, insecurity, fear or old patterns.

As trust deepens, the classroom becomes a place where no one has to perform who they think they should be. Instead they begin returning to who they truly are, held in the knowing that every part of them is welcome.

The school is where every student belongs, every voice matters and each student is both supported and celebrated.

This class has already found that connection. Watching it emerge so naturally and so early in their journey together fills my heart.

To witness them supporting one another and celebrating one another is one of the greatest privileges of teaching.

Because while they may arrive as strangers, they don’t finish this course and leave that way.

THE FIVE GUARDIANS OF THE SOUL - TWO

Spirit of the Water Element - ‘Zhi’ The Will

Spirit Animal/Heavenly Beast - Black Turtle - Protection/Stillness

The Water Element represents Winter, the most Yin season of the Five Elements.

Water governs our internal world and our emotional body and is deeply connected with the inner child, addictions, survival patterns and the nervous system.

Winter invites us to spend more time in our parasympathetic nervous system, allowing our body, mind and spirit the opportunity to repair, replenish and restore.

When our Water Element becomes depleted or out of balance, we may experience life as though we are:
* Feeling lost at sea.
* Trying to keep our head above water.
* Swimming against the current until exhaustion sets in.
* Drowning beneath the weight of life’s demands.

The spirit associated with the Water Element is Zhi, translated as Will or Willpower.’

Zhi’ is the quiet inner knowing that keeps us moving toward our true purpose. It provides the perseverance, courage and endurance required to walk our authentic path, even when life becomes uncertain.

Zhi helps us remember:
~ What is the purpose of my life?
~ Does the work I do truly align with who I am at the deepest level?

The sacred animal of the Water Element is the Black Turtle, embodying stillness, preservation and profound inner wisdom.

It teaches us that true strength is not found in constant movement, but in knowing when to withdraw, conserve our energy and trust the natural rhythm of life.

It represents quiet strength, the ability to remain grounded during uncertainty, to endure life’s difficult seasons and to emerge stronger because of them.

Just as seeds lie dormant beneath the cold Winter ground, profound transformation often takes place beneath the surface, unseen by the outside world.

This Diploma is my wheelhouse.

There is just 1 place remaining, with our first in-person weekend commencing on the 12th & 13th September.

Everything taught throughout this Diploma addresses the very issues I see that keep people trapped in their pain body.

Some people know they’re stuck.
Others have no idea.

Over the last 20 years I have met so many people who feel increasingly frustrated because they’re searching for answers to questions like:

~ Why can’t I create abundant vitality and energy?
~ Why do I keep sabotaging myself with food, even though I have the knowledge and know better?
~ Why aren’t my adrenals healing, despite eating well and taking all the right supplements?
~ Why is my blood sugar spiking, and how do I bring it back into balance?
~ How can I clear heavy metal toxicity without spending a fortune?
~ Why does this dormant virus keep getting triggered and reactivated?

The inner ecology of our physical body is where our soul and spirit reside. It is the foundation of our intuition, vitality and our capacity to heal.

This Diploma is not about rigid protocols or a one size fits all approach.

We explore the physical body while recognising that our symptoms also carry emotional and metaphysical significance.

This Diploma is the epitome when we say - healing the body, mind and spirit. With kinesiology depth and deep understanding, it covers the trinity of our health and healing.

This is a unique opportunity to learn directly with me in an intimate and supportive group while connecting with a community of like minded practitioners who are equally committed to their personal and professional growth.

As practitioners it is frequently our own unresolved wounds, limiting beliefs and energetic blocks that become the greatest barriers to creating a thriving and abundant practice.

Combining advanced Kinesiology techniques, personalised mentoring, and powerful group Kinesiology balances, this mentorship offers a transformational space for healing, learning, and expansion.

Together, we create a safe and nurturing environment where you can deepen your clinical skills while strengthening your connection to yourself, your intuition and your purpose.

Soul Quest Kinesiology® Mentoring is more than professional development, it is a deeply personal and spiritual journey.
As we move through each week of the program, new perspectives emerge as awareness is shone upon your current path, allowing you to uncover your gifts, release what no longer serves you and embody the practitioner you are truly here to become.

Unity consciousness is at the heart of this mentorship. Together, we plant new seeds of consciousness, allowing greater authenticity, truth and transparency to flourish.

Places are limited and applications are now open!
We begin on 22nd September 2026.

STUDENT TESTIMONIAL

NADI JAMES Nadi James | BHSci Naturopath ♡ Breathwork ♡ Yoga ♡ Animist
Thank you for your kind words, impeccable devotion to your craft and the energy you bring to the school.

“I have studied with Bianca for the last year and have had the most supportive, fun, and deeply enriching learning experience.

Bianca holds the classroom with a depth of integrity and compassion that you don’t find in many learning spaces.

What we have learned from Bianca in our classroom is a lived, breathing devotion to kinesiology and the greater field of healing practices, infused with her own personal wisdoms.

She invests in each student’s journey, with a profound motivation to lift them up and support them in stepping into their unique practitioner path with a willingness to adapt and pivot in a way that truly serves the students and our pathway.

This is felt on every level, both academically and personally.

The nature of the kinesiology practitioner journey requires us to dive deeply into our own healing along the way, and so a classroom that can hold this personal experience while integrating it within the educational framework is what creates a truly holistic, grounded, safe, and integral practitioner.

Bianca and the School of Elemental Kinesiology do this with finesse, where her own depth of inner and outer work is woven into every class and felt deeply within the space and content.

Thank you, Bianca, for holding us with such depth of understanding and strength of authority.”
