SJ Mind Body Wellness is a female only online 6 week accountability program with a focus on nurturing your relationship with yourself, movement, nutrition & most importantly your mindset to help you achieve your health & wellness goals. I have wanted to create a program like this for a long time and now it has all come together. I have been a personal trainer for almost 20 years and my passion is

helping others to make a positive change in their lives. I believe you’ve come to this page because you want results, you want direction and you want someone to lead you through all the confusion that of what to eat, when to eat and how to train. Are you wanting to increase your fitness levels or change your shape? Are you feeling tired stressed and lacking energy? Or maybe you just want to feel good about yourself? I specialize in training women and my style is unique in that I don’t solely focus on fitness, I believe in looking at the whole picture. Beginning with why you haven’t achieved your results in the past, your nutrition, which is 70% of your results and your mindset which is essential for permanent change and lasting results. No more yo-yoing in weight and eating habits. Change for good! I can tell you from personal experience what it is like to lose more than 25kg twice. I gained 20kg in my first pregnancy and proceeded to lose 30kg afterwards. During my second pregnancy I gained another 25kg and lost it all within 9 months. My mindset changed and it has changed for good, I have been on the rollercoaster too but I can honestly say that I am off it for good now and I’m here to show you how! I will guide you through the program by encouraging you to push your beliefs about what you think is possible. Not just with your training but where your thoughts go when you think about reaching your goals. Happy birthday to my amazing Dad ❤️

It sucks a little more this year because you would have been 80!

I know I would have made you have some sort of get together, or convinced you to go on a trip with us and the kids and you would have loved it.

There would have been wine, cheese platters and ALL the yummy food!

So instead, Mum and I are having a Singapore Sling, the cocktail you used to make us, and your favourite Steak Diane. And we’ll celebrate the incredible life you had. ❤️

I know I take after you in so many ways. I love being surrounded by family and friends, spending time with the people I love, seeing the world and really enjoying all the pleasures of life.

I know you never thought you’d make 80, but damn, I wish you did.

I miss you. My heart still hurts knowing the kids don’t have you here. You absolutely adored them, and boy, could they feel that love.

I miss your cuddles. I miss the way you’d say, “Hey love.” I miss your open heart and your open home, and the way there was always room for the people you loved.

Lachie and I always talk about how Scotty Cam from The Block reminds us of you, even though you hated him 😂 We do find that pretty funny!

Today we celebrate the man you were and the way you showed up so fiercely in this world for the people you loved.

Even when you got angry with us when we were younger 😂, I never, ever doubted how deeply I was loved by you.

Happy 80th birthday, Dad.

I wish you were here to celebrate it with us.

I've heard every one of these over the years.

But here's the reality of it...
Luck has very little to do with it.

And no, I haven't always looked like this. I've had seasons where I've struggled too. I've had injuries, busy years raising kids, perimenopause, stressful times, holidays, weekends, birthdays... just like everyone else.

The difference isn't that I'm more motivated.

It's that I keep showing up.

I get enough sleep most nights. Even on weekends I don't stay up until all hours.
I eat protein with every meal because I know how much better I feel.
I move my body every day. Sometimes it's weights. Sometimes boxing. Sometimes just a walk.

I don't wait until Monday.
I don't start and stop every few weeks.
I don't jump from one diet to the next looking for the magic answer.

And that's the part that's so boring that most people don't want to hear.

The secret is consistency ✨️

Doing the simple things over and over again, even when they're not exciting.

The little choices you make every single day are the ones that shape your health, your body and your energy years from now.

There is no quick fix.
There is no magic supplement.
There is no perfect program.

Just small habits, repeated often enough that they become part of who you are.

It might not be flashy.
It might not be exciting.

But I promise you... it works.

And the best part?

Anyone can start with one small change today.
