DO YOU SUFFER FROM BRAIN FOG???

Brain fog is one topic that comes up regular in conversation with my clients.

So what is brain fog?

Brain fog itself is not a medical condition but instead a symptom of other medical conditions. It’s a type of cognitive dysfunction involving:

• memory problems

• a lack of mental clarity

• poor concentration

• an inability to focus

Some people also describe it as mental fatigue. Depending on the severity of brain fog, it can interfere with work. But it does not have to be a permanent fixture in your life.

Brain fog is typically rooted in a lifestyle that promotes hormonal imbalances and is exacerbated by stress.

1. Electromagnetic radiation – from computer, mobile phone, tablets

2. Stress – reduce blood flow to the brain causing poor memory

3. Lack of sleep, no exercise

4. Diet – amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants

5. Toxins, pollution, chemical substances, and insecticides

If your struggling with brain fog, here is some ways you can clear up brain fog
