After some time away from the healing room, Iโ€™ll be gently reopening my space next week for a small number of evening appointments.

This past little while has asked me to slow down, grieve, rest, reflect and recalibrate after losing a dear friend โ€” and today my body reminded me again to honour that with a cold forcing me to pause even more deeply.

So this week will be for:
โ€ข catching up on readings
โ€ข replying to messages
โ€ข reconnecting with myself quietly behind the scenes

But next weekโ€ฆ the healing room opens again. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ

Iโ€™ve been a little quiet on here latelyโ€ฆ

Thereโ€™s been a lot happening these past couple of months, and in that time, there have been a few passings.

Yesterday morning, I was talking to a friend about lossโ€ฆ and how final it feels.

And I said โ€” in life, things end, things change, chapters closeโ€ฆ but nothing ever truly feels final. Not really. until we experience a passing.

Thatโ€™s when we understand what final really means. Not in theoryโ€ฆ but in your body, in your heart, in the silence that follows.

A few hours laterโ€ฆ I was experiencing those exact words.

Yesterday, I lost one of my closest friends. This one cuts deep. 18 years of friendship that I will forever be grateful for.

Cherish your people. Tell them you love them. Tell them you appreciate them โ€” often.

As much as my heart is shatteredโ€ฆ my tears are also for the peace I know heโ€™s found. No more suffering.

Iโ€™m so grateful for every moment, every song, every memoryโ€ฆ but f**k โ€” Iโ€™m going to miss you, dude.

This Virgo Full Moon is not loud.

Virgo energy wants improvement.

I donโ€™t always know why I feel pulled to share something andโ€ฆ. Iโ€™m not sure who needs this during Mercury retrogradeโ€ฆ maybe itโ€™s you.

This weekend I found myself singing:

โ€œI can love me better.โ€

And it felt less like a lyric
and more like a reminder.

If old stories, old dynamics, or old doubts are resurfacing right now โ€” this feels like medicine.

You can hold your own hand now.
