Your google search "gyms near me" just won't cut it.

It's not just a gym you're after, that's easy to find, they're everywhere.

You want somewhere that you feel like you can belong, because you're not really a gym person.
You want somewhere that welcomes you in, because the thought of being in a gym is terrifying.
You need to find that place that offers community, because it's not fun to do hard stuff all on your own.

The gym is already fighting for your precious time, so you want to make sure it is somewhere that has you leaving there excited to come back again,

There's a common belief that's holding many back.

"I have to be fit before I start"

This is keeping people away from the gym, when really that is the place they need to be.

Instead of starting, they'll either...
> Try it on their own and not get far. Lose motivation and then stop
> Start something less effective expecting big change, lose motivation and then stop
> Keep procrastinating with worsening health the only outcome

The truth is, you start to improve your fitness and all that goes with it. If it was as easy as just getting fitter, you'd already be there now and we'd be out of a job!

Not all group training is created equal.

If you've tried group fitness before and walked away feeling like just another body in the room — we get it.
That's not what Squad is.

Every week is planned, structured and monitored by our coaches.
If we want clients to give their best, then they need to know we're giving our best too.

If ever there was a doubt on how effective perodised programming is, just watch this.

Andrew joined as a teenager. Back then he was very new to training and squatting 170kg would have seemed ridiculous.

He had never trained before, needed to learn how to squat and it wasn't just about getting strong.
Through very thoughtful and intentional programming that progressed him along, we were able to improve his movement quality and strength over the year.

Intentional, structured, purposeful and with the end goal in mind, that's what periodised programming is all about and it gets incredible results.

Slept in and was 30 minutes late to her session this morning.

What do you do with that?

You could go home. Reschedule. Tell yourself you’ll do better next time.

Or you show up anyway and get what you can out of it.

You go to the gym day in day out but still you look at the progress photos and you think "I can't see a difference" even though others are telling you theres a change.

Sound familiar?

That was often Claire, but she never stopped, she never gave up and trusted that this a long, slow process. She kept working hard every session until .....

Now she can see it, She can feel it.
The clothes don't fit. People notice that she looks different.
Activities and daily life are getting easier and easier.

Change has happened. Her patience and dedication have paid off.
She kept believing, nailed the basics and didn't give up when it was tough, or when it was cold, or when she was busy.
She didn't even stop when she was overseas for months.

There's no denying this has been a massive change. We're so proud of her efforts and she should be too.
