Out of the Shadows Walk 💙

The Bidgee Boys participated in an informative session as part of the Out of the Shadows Walk, helping educate the boys about recognising signs that someone may not be okay, how to check in on friends and family, and where they can access support when they need it.

A great opportunity to encourage open conversations, break down stigma and remind our young people that it’s okay to ask for help and that support is always available. 💙

The Out of the Shadows Walk is a Lifeline initiative held around World Su***de Prevention Day to raise awareness, encourage connection and support people experiencing mental health challenges.
