A little Friday reflection… what a week. 🤍
Sometimes I get to the end of a week, look back at everything that has happened inside the clinic and think…wow, we covered a lot.
This week alone I’ve:
Welcomed two new women into my hybrid program ready to make some really positive changes to their health.
Supported clients navigating IBS, weight loss, hot flushes, sleep issues and insomnia.
Completed Time Line Therapy™ with a client, helping her release some heavy emotions she had been carrying and create space to move forward differently.
Worked with another beautiful client on confidence and mindset — because sometimes the biggest shifts in our health start with how we see ourselves.
Helped a busy mum find realistic ways to better support her children’s nutrition amongst the juggle of family life.
Supported clients experiencing adrenal fatigue, exhaustion and the effects of prolonged stress
And then there were some pretty incredible milestones…
🔥 Two clients have now released more than 10kg each in just 2 months.
Not through punishment.
Not through starving themselves.
But through consistency, understanding their bodies, changing habits and having the right support around them.
And somewhere amongst all of that, I completed a business training day — working “on” the business rather than in it, and learning how I can reshape the way I run the clinic to make it even better for both myself and the people I support.
After more than 17 years in this profession, I’m still learning.
Still evolving.
Still incredibly curious about the connection between our nutrition, hormones, gut, nervous system, emotions, mindset and the way we experience our health.
And I think that’s one of the things I love most about what I do.
No two people walk through my door with exactly the same story.
And no two weeks ever look quite the same.
This year is absolutely flying by!
But when I stop for a moment and look back at weeks like this one, I’m reminded just how much can change when someone finally decides to prioritise themselves and their health.
Here’s to more learning, more growth, more breakthroughs — and helping more women move from simply getting through life… to actually feeling like themselves again. 🤍
