I absolutely LOVE results like this because this is exactly what real skin looks like. 🤍

This beautiful client came in today for a full 90-minute customised Microdermabrasion treatment, with a focus on congestion, closed comedones, breakouts and overall skin texture.

And just look at how much brighter, fresher and cleaner her skin looks immediately afterwards! 😍

One of the biggest things I want you to look at is the closed comedones (those little skin coloured bumps underneath the skin.) can see a noticeable reduction in these after the treatment, along with an overall smoother and more refined appearance.

Extractions were performed carefully and professionally to safely clear congestion while minimising unnecessary trauma to the skin. This is SO important because picking and squeezing at home can increase inflammation and the risk of pigmentation and scarring.

You will notice some slight redness in the AFTER photo this is completely normal immediately following a comprehensive treatment involving extractions, microdermabrasion and exfoliation. This photo was taken straight after her treatment today, before that redness had even had time to settle.

💔 A POST I NEVER THOUGHT I’D HAVE TO MAKE…

Unfortunately, I recently discovered that Germaine de Capuccini skincare products have been stolen from Pure Laser.

And I want to explain exactly what happened, because this wasn’t simply a product disappearing from the shelf.

The person has removed the security/seal sticker holding the box closed, opened the packaging, taken the actual skincare product out, closed the EMPTY box again and placed it back on my retail shelf — making it look as though the product was still there.

I only realised what had happened when I noticed that the seals on the boxes had been removed. 😔

I’m honestly heartbroken and incredibly disappointed.

In 8 years of operating Pure Laser, I have never experienced anything like this. I have always trusted the people who come into my business and have never felt that I needed to worry about someone doing something like this.

These aren’t cheap products either. Germaine de Capuccini is a premium professional skincare range and Pure Laser is the only Germaine de Capuccini stockist in Griffith.

I work incredibly hard for everything that goes into this business, including every piece of stock sitting on those shelves.

I’m not asking for the products back. Once they’ve left my clinic, I wouldn’t put them back on my shelves anyway.

But if the person responsible sees this, please have the decency to do the right thing.

Even if that means anonymously paying half of what you took.

I don’t need an explanation, confrontation or embarrassment. I would just like to see some accountability for what was done.

Unfortunately, this has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I will now have to change the way our retail products are displayed and introduce additional security measures — something I have never had to do before.

To my beautiful clients who have supported and respected Pure Laser over all these years, thank you. 🤍

I know this person’s actions don’t represent the amazing people who walk through my doors every day.

Please support small businesses. We work incredibly hard for what we have. 🤍

✨ MEET OUR NEWEST CERTIFIED LASER TECHNICIANS ✨

We are so proud of Oceana & Lia, who have officially completed their theory assessments AND intensive hands-on practical training on our UltraLUX PRO 🤍

It was a huge week of learning, and both girls picked up the treatments so naturally. They received such beautiful feedback from their educator, Elise, as well as our models, who commented on how comfortable, cared for and confident they felt during their treatments. 🥹✨

At Pure Laser, client safety will always be our number one priority. Thorough training, correct protocols and continued education are so important to us — because beautiful results should never come at the expense of safety.

Oceana & Lia are now fully qualified and certified Laser Technicians, and their learning will continue in clinic with ongoing practical training, guidance and mentoring from me as they continue to refine their skills and confidence. 🤍

✨ OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED LASER TECHNICIANS ✨

I am so so incredibly proud to officially announce that Oceana & Lia are now fully trained and certified Laser Technicians at Pure Laser! 🤍

Before beginning their practical training, both girls completed their required theory training and assessments, building a strong foundation in laser technology, treatment protocols, client safety, contraindications and the science behind the treatments they perform.

Then came an incredibly full-on and intensive week of hands-on practical training on our UltraLUX PRO — and they absolutely smashed it. ✨

They picked up the treatments so quickly and naturally, and we received such beautiful, positive feedback from their educator, Elise, about their confidence, ability and how well they performed throughout the training.

What made the week even more special was the amazing feedback they also received from our models, who spoke so positively about how comfortable, cared for and confident the girls made them feel throughout their treatments. 🤍

At Pure Laser, client safety is always our highest priority. We believe great results should always go hand-in-hand with thorough knowledge, correct treatment protocols and a genuine duty of care. This is why we place such a strong emphasis on comprehensive training, ongoing education and continued hands-on development.

After successfully completing both their theory and practical training, Oceana & Lia are now officially qualified and certified Laser Technicians at Pure Laser. 🤍
