Hi my name is Melissa I am a clinical Hypnotherapist and a EFT Emotional Freedom Practitioner . After struggling with anxiety insomnia and grief. Hypnosis and EFT transformed my state of well being , purpose and gave me a passion for life again. we cannot avoid the feeling that we are stuck on autopilot reviling the same habits daily . Only by understanding our habits are we able to change them. The reality is most of who you are and what you do is determined by your past experiences . By learning to live in the present we make conscious choices to shift emotional patterns and beliefs in which allows us to have a deeper connection to ourselves. During a hypnotherapy session you are gently guided in to a state of heighten awareness(trance like state) , which means your subconscious mind is open to a new and better thought process which creates better possibility's in achieving your desired outcome. Changes take place in the subconscious mind whilst you are in an hypnotic state and the benefits can / may be felt immediately or over days weeks or months.
