What Is Cupping Therapy?

Cupping is a common therapeutic technique that applies suction cups (made from plastic, silicone, or fire glass) to the skin to create gentle pressure over your area of concern.

What Does Cupping Do?

Promotes Circulation
The suction draws blood to the targeted area, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients to support healing. Temporary dark red or purple marks may appear after treatment; this is a normal response. 

Reduces Muscular & Fascial Tension
Cupping lifts the skin and underlying tissues to help release tight muscles and reduce fascial restrictions.

Helps Break Down Adhesions
Gliding the cups creates a shearing effect that decompresses fascia, improves mobility, and enhances range of motion.
