I have been helping people with Natural Health for more than 10 years, and my desire to learn and understand more about our incredible bodies and how they heal stirred a passion within me to become a qualified Naturopath. I opened my Clinic Hinterland Naturopathy in Guanaba 4 years ago and haven't looked back, seeing many clients with an array of ailments and chronic conditions including Food Into

lerances, adrenal fatigue and hormonal imbalances. I have a particular interest in Children's health to ensure their growing bodies are getting all the nutrients required as well as helping those that struggle with learning challenges and behavioural issues. ✨ Happy New Year ✨
As we step into 2026, I’ve been reflecting on how much 2025 shaped me. Not sure if you noticed but I did need to take a step back from everything. Reading this little piece that kept coming across my feed yesterday definitely resonated with me!

The Year of the Snake felt like a time of shedding, slowing down, and learning lessons I didn’t expect — but needed.
Now, moving into the Year of the Fire Horse, I can feel a shift. There’s a sense of momentum, clarity, and gentle courage to move forward with intention, even without having everything figured out.

I’m in Luteal “ahhhhh!” Not sure if this relates to anyone, but seems to be frequently presenting its self so giving it the post it deserves 🫣

I’m not going to re-type the slides but just know that your not going nuts it’s your hormones and your body doing its thing but there is so much we can do to ease the PMS which for some can be debilitating 😔

Well who else has found it a little hard to get cranking in January 2025 🙋‍♀️ or am I the only one?
I have been home since mid Dec and am so happy to be living back on the coast and being able to be back in my clinic in Guanaba full time 💚
I guess everyone is back in the swing of routine, school runs, after school activities, work etc and it’s now already February 🫣
I am open for consultations in clinic and online Monday- Saturday 9-12pm with some afternoon and evening times also available ✅ just DM me to arrange when suits! As I am busy trying to update my scheduler!
