Life can create anxiety and depression, I help raise awareness and consciousness so a person can change from blaming their outside world and the people in it, to taking responsibility and creating a life that works for them not against them. I use different modalities including Counseling, Spiritual Psychology and Bodytalk to bring the unconscious to the conscious mind creating permanent change in the awareness of my client and encouraging the body to heal itself.

Nothing grows in our comfort zone.

If we break our habitual trance state, which is our constant inner commentary stream of negative hypnosis, by realising our mind is not a camera but a projector.

If we listen to the voice that is deeper than our personality, it has a knowing that is pure and when we follow its instructions, our life takes on a much deeper and more meaningful direction.

Live more than one life in a lifetime, pack it full of love and laughter, blessings and dreams, adventures and conversations with strangers, fill every moment with consciousness and awareness of what life is offering in each moment. Life is eternal if we live in each moment.
