Creating with our hands is a God-given blessing 🙌
Yes sure, it’s easy & convenient to head to the store to buy what we need. But what if, we were created to create those things with our own hands?

Kneading the dough, planting the veggies, picking the flowers, sewing a top 👏

Another moment for our first wedding cake 🍰

A beautiful carrot cake made with freshly milled whole spelt flour, organic carrots, buttery pecans and fermented with our sourdough starter, finished with a maple-sweetened cream cheese icing.

A huge thank you to the bride and groom for trusting me with such a special part of their day. Seeing how thrilled they were (and nearly in tears!) when they saw the cake is something I won’t forget. 🤍

We mill Australian-grown organic and biodynamic grains, right here in Gympie, QLD.

When flour is milled fresh, it keeps the whole grain intact — the full bran, germ, and endosperm. This means more nutrients, better flavour. Nothing is added and nothing is removed.

It’s how flour used to be & how God intended for us to consume it.

We spent the weekend celebrating our fairy princess’s birthday, eating yummy pizza made with our homemade bases & watching our baby chicks hatch right in time for birthday cuddles 🐣
