With her big smile, friendly personality and love for having fun, Sarah brings plenty of positive vibes to Arlie’s Shed! 🥰

💜 Favourite colour? Purple, of course!

🥕 Favourite food? You can't go wrong with some crunchy veggie sticks!

🎤 Karaoke favourite? Anything Hannah Montana! 🎶🎸 Looks like we've got a pop star in the making! 🌟

When we asked Sarah what she loves most about coming to Arlie’s Shed, her answer said it all! 💕

📋 THE ESSENTIALS – WHAT YOU'LL NEED!

To join our amazing crew, you'll need:

✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card in QLD)

✅ Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates

✅ Current Australian Driver's Licence

✅ NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You

✅ Good communication and teamwork skills

✅ Ability to follow support plans, workplace policies and safety procedures

🌟 Previous disability support experience or relevant qualifications are highly regarded!

And of course… a positive attitude, a caring heart and a willingness to have some FUN! 😁

Our amazing crew has been busy doing what they do best — getting involved, learning new skills, making memories and enjoying every moment!

✨ A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING… THAT’S ARLIES SHED! ✨

There’s never really a “normal” day at Arlies Shed… and that’s exactly how we like it! 💙

One day you might find us getting our hands dirty in the garden 🌱, creating something amazing in the arts & crafts room 🎨, putting our skills to work in the woodwork area 🔨, or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen 👩‍🍳🍕

The next day we might be out and about exploring the community, enjoying an afternoon activity, heading off on an adventure 🚌.

But amongst all the activities, there’s something even more important happening…

❤️ People are connecting.
🙌 Confidence is growing.
🌱 New skills are being discovered.
😊 Friendships are being made.
⭐ And everyone gets the chance to have a go.

At Arlies Shed, we believe everyone has something to bring to the table.

You don’t have to be an expert.
