🌟 What's Been Happening Around Arlie's Shed? 🌟

The past few weeks have been packed with fun, friendship, learning, and adventure!

Back at the Shed, our participants have been busy:
🌱 Growing and caring for our gardens
🎨 Creating amazing artwork in the art room
🔨 Building new projects and developing skills in woodwork
👩‍🍳 Cooking up delicious meals and learning new recipes

We've also been out and about enjoying some fantastic community adventures:
🎳 Striking up fun times at Suncity Bowling
🎤 Singing our hearts out at Karaoke
🌳 Exploring the beautiful surrounds of Amamoor
⛳ Showing off our skills at Maroochydore Mini Golf
🎃 Joining in the excitement and festivities at the Goomeri Pumpkin Festival

Every day at Arlie's Shed is an opportunity to try something new, build confidence, develop skills, and most importantly make lasting friendships.

From gardening and woodworking to arts and crafts — your donated items go straight into building skills, confidence, and friendships.

We’re currently looking for:

🪴 Garden pots (any size)
🛠️ Woodworking hand tools
🎨 Paints
👕 Clothing
🧷 Coat hangers

🚫 Please note: we can’t accept furniture or large items at this time.

🎉 WHAT A WEEK AT ARLIE’S SHED! 🎉
Our week has been packed full of fun, adventure, laughs and great memories! 🌟
We headed out for an amazing visit to Australia Zoo 🐊🦒 where everyone had a fantastic time exploring, learning and seeing some incredible animals up close.
We also enjoyed spending time around the beautiful Noosa River 🌊☀️ taking in the sights, enjoying the fresh air and sharing plenty of laughs along the way.
Back at the shed, we kept busy with all the usual activities we love — cooking up a storm 🍳, getting creative in the art room 🎨, gardening 🌱, games, outings and making wonderful memories together ❤️
To top off an already awesome week, we finished with a very special celebration for Aiden’s 18th Birthday 🎂🎈🥳 What a fantastic way to end the week!

What a fantastic week we’ve had full of creativity, community, learning and FUN! 💙

✨ Highlights from the week included:
🎡 A fun-filled trip to the Gympie Show – rides, exhibits, show bags and plenty of smiles!
💡 Our talented participants getting creative in the Art Department, designing and creating awesome PVC lamps
👩‍🍳 Delicious fun in our Cooking Classes, learning new skills and creating tasty treats
🌱 Getting hands-on in the Garden Department, helping things grow and enjoying the outdoors
