The next Breathwork Mastery space will look a little different because this one will be held online.

But the intention behind it remains the same.

You don’t need to arrive feeling calm, clear or ready. You don’t need to know what will come up or have the right words for what you want to change.

You simply arrive as you are, with the area of your life where you want to make the most difference.

From your own space, you’ll be guided through intention setting, a 90-minute conscious breathe and time afterwards to explore the message of your session and how it relates to your intention.

This online group is limited to four people so that each person can be seen, supported and held throughout their experience.

Sunday 11 October
9.00 am–12.30 pm AEDT (Melbourne time)
Online via Zoom
Limited to 4 places

Daylight saving will have begun in Victoria then, so please check the time in your location before booking.

Bookings are now open through the link will be in the comments ✨

I look forward to welcoming you into the space.

Things you won’t see in one of my Breathwork Mastery (RBM) sessions

❌ People being filmed in the middle of their process.

✨Your session is not content. What happens on your mat belongs to you.

❌ Being pushed to have a big emotional release.

✨Crying, stillness, sensation, sleep, nothing obvious, it is all welcome. We are not trying to make something happen.

❌ Being forced into fast, intense breathing.

✨RBM uses a long, slow, conscious, fuller-than-usual breath.

❌ One facilitator trying to hold a huge room.

✨The groups are kept small, with a maximum of 6 breathers per facilitator, so support is actually available.

❌ Being rushed straight back into the world.

✨There is intention setting before the breathwork, time to rest afterwards, and space to debrief so you can feel complete.

❌ Being labelled, analysed, or told what your experience means.

✨The work happens through the breath and body.
Your process is trusted.

Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is different to a lot of the breathwork you might have seen online.

It is slower, smaller, supported, and deeply respectful of your own process.

✨ RBM group session
Sunday August 23rd
Spots are filling
Maximum 6 people per group

Your body holds a wisdom that your mind cannot always explain.

Spots are beginning to fill, and I would love to welcome you into this experience.

It speaks through the breath you hold. The tension you cannot reason away. The emotion that rises before you understand why.

Breathwork Mastery (RBM) gives us a way to listen.

In RBM, we’re not trying to force a release or chase a big emotional experience.

We use a slow, conscious, slightly fuller-than-usual breath to create space to meet what is already present, allowing what is ready to be felt, expressed and integrated.

Your process is yours. It won’t be filmed or used as content.

Our groups are intentionally kept small so you can be supported through your experience, not disappear in a crowd.

You don’t need to know what you want to work on or have any previous breathwork experience. You can simply arrive as you are.

We would love to welcome you. Book through the link in comments or send me a DM 💖

What an amazing weekend!

I feel so incredibly proud and inspired by the beautiful souls who came and shared their hearts with me over the weekend.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is such a sacred space because it really honours people exactly where they are.

There’s no agenda.

No pressure to perform, push through, or become someone different.

Just space to be with yourself, in your truth, beyond the stories, identities and expectations we often carry.

It was an honour to witness people open up to themselves, move through what was arising, and reconnect with parts of themselves that had been held down and released through the breath.

And it’s already been so beautiful hearing about the shifts people are noticing back out in life.

This weekend also taught me so much.

About trust.
Leadership.
Win-wins
Timing
And holding space in a deeper way.

I’m so grateful for the experience.

And I’m excited to be holding more group sessions later this year as part of completing my Breathwork Mastery (RBM) training 🙌🏽

If you’d like to hear about future online or in-person sessions, you can join the waitlist via the link in comments or send me a DM.

So much love,

Lately I’ve been reflecting a lot on control, certainty, and how uncomfortable the unknown can feel for so many of us.

Because when life feels uncertain, most of us try to create safety by managing everything around us.

Planning ahead.
Overthinking.
Trying to predict outcomes.
Holding everything together.

Sometimes even trying to control situations or other people so that we can feel okay inside ourselves.

But life is never fully certain.

No two days are exactly the same.

And honestly, this is one of the reasons breathwork has been so transformational for me.

Because every breathwork session is unknown.

You don’t know what emotions, thoughts, sensations or memories might arise.

And instead of trying to control the experience, you learn how to be with yourself inside it.

That’s the real practice.

Not getting rid of discomfort.
Not forcing yourself to “heal.”
Not trying to bypass anything.

But building the capacity to stay with yourself through whatever is there.

And over time, that changes how you move through life.

Less gripping.
Less fear of uncertainty.
More trust in yourself.
More ability to handle what’s actually here.

Your breath becomes something you can return to when life feels uncertain, overwhelming or out of control.

I have breathwork sessions coming up in May — online Sunday 17th and in person in Somerville 23rd & 24th May.

If you feel drawn, curious, would like a payment plan or have questions, feel free to message me.

Breathwork is transformational.

Our breath is one of the first things we have access to when we want to meet what’s happening inside us.

The fear, the anger, the sadness, the joy, the grief, the wanting, the ache.

Through the breath, we can begin to release what’s been held down.

We learn to be with ourselves.

With the feelings, thoughts and sensations we usually try to push away, fix, avoid or outrun.

And from that place, something shifts.

We create more space.More choice.More capacity.More connection to what we truly want.

Online and in-person spaces are available.

Choose what feels most supportive for your body right now.

DM me if you have questions. I’ll put the link in the comments.

If a payment plan would make this feel more accessible, please reach out.

Bring your dreams.
Bring your heart’s desires.
Bring the part of you that’s ready to breathe again.

Responsibility is like a gift nobody really wants.

Like pass the parcel…

it keeps going around and around and except no one wants to be the one holding it
and eventually it lands with you and you think:
“fine… I’ll do it”

But it doesn’t feel empowering.
It feels ugh

Obligated.
Like you have to.

That’s how I experienced it for a long time.
But something shifted for me.

What if responsibility isn’t the burden…
what if it’s actually the prize?

Because when you take responsibility, you get to decide.

How you show up
What you say yes or no to
What your life looks like
How you respond to things

That’s not pressure.
That’s power.

And I think a lot of us resist it because of what we’ve seen.

Adults who are tired
serious
stressed
no fun

So of course we don’t want that.

But what if that’s not the only way?

What if you get to be responsible
and still be playful
creative
in awe

That’s been a big shift for me recently.

And honestly… it feels exciting instead of heavy.

This is the kind of internal shift that breathwork has opened up for me.

Not just changing thoughts…but changing how I experience myself.

I have breathwork sessions coming up in

May (online + in person) if it feels like something you’re ready for 💖

Big love

Sometimes it’s not your life that feels hard…it’s the state you’re in while living it.

The same task can feel easy one moment and overwhelming the next.

Not because the task changed but because you did.

You can wake up in the morning feeling fresh, clear and energised… and getting a glass of water feels simple.

That same task at night, when you’re tired, depleted, mentally full, and touched out from the day… can feel like too much.

Same task.
Different state.

And this is where I think we get confused.
We often assume things are either:
easy
or
hard

But really… there are degrees of ease in everything.

Something might feel 90% easy one day.
50% easy another day.
10% easy on a hard week.

That doesn’t mean ease has disappeared.
It means your capacity, energy, nervous system, and internal state are different in that moment.

This was such a big shift for me.

Because instead of asking:
“How do I force myself through this?”
I could ask:
“What would increase the degree of ease right now?”

Maybe it’s:
✨more space
✨more support
✨more time
✨less pressure
✨changing the timeline
✨letting something be simpler
✨resting first
✨asking for help
✨regulating my nervous system

Ease isn’t always found by changing your whole life.

Sometimes ease is created by supporting the state you’re in.

This is something I’ve experienced deeply through breathwork.

What if the thing that feels hard right now… isn’t the thing itself, but the state you’re carrying it in?

Why do some people feel safe…and others activate something in you?

A lot of the time, we think it’s about them.

Who they are. What they said. How they showed up.

But there’s something else happening underneath that.

Your body, your nervous system, your state…it’s all communicating.

And at the same time,
it becomes the filter you experience everything through.

So the same moment can feel safe or unsafe,
open or closed,connected or distant…

depending on what’s happening inside of you.

This is something I’ve become really aware of through breathwork.

Not just what I think or say…but the state I’m actually in.
That’s where things start to change.

Notice what your state might be broadcasting right now…

22/04/2026

I didn’t even realise how unsupported I felt… until I actually experienced what it feels like to be supported.

I’ve always been someone who does things on my own.

I’m the one who gives support… not the one who asks for it.

And if I’m really honest, I didn’t even feel like support was available to me.

It wasn’t something I would have even considered.

Over time, through breathwork, something shifted.

Not all at once… but through being in spaces where I was fully met.

Where there was no fixing, no rushing, no agenda.

Just someone there with me, in whatever I was moving through.

And that changed something in me.

I can now ask another kinder mum to be with my kids for 5–10 minutes if I’m running late.

I can ask a friend to grab something for me from the shops.

I can leave long voice messages sharing what’s moving for me.

Things that used to feel uncomfortable or not even an option… now just feel normal.

I can take up space.

Be seen in my emotional messiness.

And just be met where I am.

A lot of this has come from releasing what’s been held in my body — the thoughts, feelings, and past experiences that made it feel like I couldn’t ask for or receive support… even when it was there.

The freedom of that feels really, really good.

I’m really looking forward to holding space for others who want to experience that too.

I have breathwork sessions coming up in May (online and in person).

If you’re curious, I’ve put the details in the first comment.
