Being grounded makes us stronger. Our nervous system becomes centered, and we are better able to regulate our emotions, and deal with life's stresses.
Reiki helps us to become grounded
Meditation helps us to become grounded
Inhale for a count of five, hold for five, and exhale for five helps us to become more grounded
Connecting with nature helps us to become more grounded
Being barefoot on grass, dirt, or sand helps us become more grounded

Reiki precepts are spiritual guidelines to help us to live a more peaceful, balanced, and mindful life by grounding our focus in the present. Sometimes the hardest of the precepts to live by is not Do not Worry or Do Not Anger, but Be kind to yourself and all living beings. Compassion for ourselves is an important aspect of self care.

Recently I had the privilege of working with three animals (almost at once) who were at end of life, or nearing end of life . This blog talks about the love that is part of healing treatments and dying.

Our next Reiki 1 class at Black Range near Great Western will be on the 22nd and 23rd August. Learn the system of Reiki including meditations, self-Reiki techniques, history & principles, chakras and our energy field, hand positions and more to treat yourself, friends and family. You leave having practised Reiki on yourself and other students and with Certification to practise Reiki for your own wellbeing, as well as with animals, plants, and those close to you. Ongoing support including ZOOM practice, a workbook and invitation to practice sessions. A strong base for ongoing personal growth, including emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
