I am Luisi and I found Fascia Stretch and Pilates to help me with my own back

injuries due to scoliosis and lower back compression. I couldn't continue life as normal and had to do something about it. Fascia Stretch and Pilates assisted in strengthening my body in a way that I never could have imagined. My purpose is to help you experience the same benefits and assist in making yourself aware of your body. Therefore, I focus on a balance between stretching and strengthening. In my Fascia Stretch sessions, I look after your body and bring back the flexibility you need. I am a hands on Pilates instructor that assists you in finding the right alignment so you can target the correct muscle group in each different exercise.

A little Pilates admin update! 🧘‍♂️

We have a NEW booking system in place! 🎉

Yes… I know… another booking system! 😂

I promise I’m not trying to make your Pilates life complicated — quite the opposite! My mission is to make things easier, smoother and more organised for everyone (including me! 😜).

From now on, you’ll be able to book your classes through the new system and choose from 3 different payment options, so you can pick the one that works best for you.

👉 IMPORTANT: Everyone needs to register first before you can book a class.

If you already have a class pass, don’t worry! Once you register, I’ll assign your existing class pass to your account, so you can continue using it as normal. 💕

Thank you for your patience while we get everything running smoothly. 💕
Hopefully, this will make booking your Pilates sessions a whole lot easier!
