The path to experiencing greater health involves making changes. Making healthier food choices, daily movement and trying to get to bed a little earlier often gives a positive shift towards your health goals. Then the frustration might set in because things are not moving as quickly as you would like or even worst things stay the same. This does not mean you are failing, the more stressors we can take off the body is positively impacting our health even when we can’t see it.
The body has a way of prioritising its healing in layers and tapping into what needs prioritising is often the key.
But how do we know what is our bodies priority?
There is no one answer and that is where the Functional Clinical Assesment (FCA) comes in, you body can tell us what nutrients it needs and how priorities change over time.

You can read more about the FCA at : https://www.ntaaustralia.com.au/working-with-an-fntp

Have you ever heard of the Coca Pulse Test?

A simple and effective way to check if you have a sensitivity to a certain food?

It involves taking your pulse, placing the suspected food in your mouth and following up with another pulse reading. The difference between the readings tells you a story.

Our body always gives us clues it just knowing how to read them

It has been a minute or two since I have been here. My absence from this space over the last couple of years was largely to do with supporting family members through their health journey.
My weight has ballooned (Thankyou menopause and years of hormone manipulation) and honestly the imposter syndrome for me kicked in.
What I have come to truly know is that our bodies are truly amazing. Intricate and yet also simple. Fostering good health is about what we feed it, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually.
Keeping in good health is accumulative and our choices of what we put in and on our bodies matter and impact the status of our health either positively or negatively at some point.

Perfection is not the goal, but small stackable habits can make a huge difference in supporting our bodies ability to regenerate.

As I continue to work on my own health join me here as I share health fostering tips.
