Here’s a little life update from me. Life’s been a little crazy here for the last few months. Fingers crossed we can get back into a little routine and you’ll see me back on socials more regularly.

Im a pretty real and honest person so I tell you how it is. You won’t find me doing any of these as a naturopath and nutritionist supporting rural women to thrive.

If this resonates with you book a free discovery call and we can chat more.

I’m jumping on this trend! Here’s what I think is worth the money, naturopath and nutritionist edition.

Ubiquinol - This is an activated form of CoQ10. It’s great for energy, fertility, cardiovascular health but it’s expensive but in my opinion it’s totally worth it!
Protein powder - This is just so good to bulk out a meal or help you for a quick meal on the go. Smoothie on the run, make your own protein yogurt. Yum
Good quality meat delivered to your door or prepared meals - If you’re busy sometimes something has to give and spending money on good quality meals or meat is so worth it so you can have a nourishing meal without stressing about getting to town to the supermarket.
Love tea - Stop buying the cheap tea that you don’t really enjoy. Life’s too short not to enjoy the good quality tea.
Pathology and functional testing - Testing can be expensive but I say, test don’t guess. It can save you so much money in the long run.

I want to make this a really easy decision for you before doors close this Sunday.

A single 1:1 nutrition appointment will cost you $150-300. And you walk away with a plan but no one to keep you accountable, no community in your corner, and you’re back to Googling at 11pm by the following week.
The Nourished Club is $79 a month and inside you get a live meal planning session, a monthly drop-in clinic where you can ask me your health questions, and a private community of rural women who actually get your life.

It’s less than one consultation. Every single month.

Swipe through to see the full breakdown, then comment or DM me CLUB and I’ll get you the link before doors close Sunday.
Big love, Hayley xx

I know $79 a month can feel like a lot when you’re already stretched. But hear me out.

Most rural women I work with are quietly spending that — sometimes more — on random supplements from Facebook ads that are doing nothing, plus the hidden cost of no meal plan… last minute trips to town, food waste, and grabbing whatever’s easy after a long day.

The Nourished Club pays for itself. The monthly meal planning session alone will save most families $200+ on their grocery bill, and I’ll help you stop throwing money at supplements you don’t actually need.

Swipe through to see exactly how it stacks up, then comment or DM me CLUB before doors close this Sunday.

You’ve heard me banging on about The Nourished Club for weeks, so I thought it was time to make it really clear and tell you exactly what’s inside because doors are closing this Sunday.

It’s not a detox, it’s not a challenge with an end date, and it’s not another thing to add to your already full plate. It’s simple, ongoing support that actually fits rural life… the good weeks and the overwhelming ones.

Every month you get:
🥗A live meal planning session
🩺A drop-in clinic where you can ask me your health questions without paying for a full 1:1
📱Plus the best part a private accountability group full of women who genuinely get your life.

For only $79 a month.

If you’ve been sitting on the fence, this is your nudge. Swipe through to see everything that’s inside, then comment or DM me CLUB and I’ll send you the link before doors close Sunday.

Every Monday with good intentions… every Thursday wondering what happened.

If this is you, it’s not a willpower problem. It’s because you’re trying to change a deeply ingrained habit completely on your own, in the middle of a life that never slows down.

Rural life doesn’t pause for your health goals. The farm doesn’t care that you had a plan. And without someone in your corner when things get hard, Thursday becomes the day it all quietly unravels.

The all-or-nothing cycle is exhausting — and the thing that actually breaks it isn’t more motivation or a stricter plan. It’s consistent support from someone who actually gets rural life, and a community of women doing it right alongside you.

That’s The Nourished Club. Comment CLUB below and I’ll send you the details. The next 10 to join also get a free 1:1 call with me to get started. PS 5 have already gone so only 5 spots left.
