We are looking for an experienced naturopath to join our team!
Someone who is friendly, hard-working, diligent, and willing to work in a team-based environment to deliver quality service to our customers.
At Visionary Health, we are unique in the sense that we have a pharmacy-grade laboratory to compound medications that are personally tailored to our customers. This is further supplemented by our friendly Naturopaths who formulate herbal tonics, nutraceutical formulas (capsules and powders), and provide friendly-advice to our patients so that we can aid them holistically using compounded medicines, herbs, and lifestyle-adjustments.
We are looking for someone who is willing to undertake such tasks in addition to pharmacy-
assistant administrative roles as it is also an integral part of our business.
Minimum Qualifications
• Relevant qualifications: Bachelor of Health and Science or an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current Association Membership
• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
Naturopath Skills
The roles of the naturopath include but are not limited to:
• Prescribing liquid herbal formulas, powders, capsules
• Provide an excellent level of customer care consistently
• Provide individualised health solutions to a diverse range of clients.
• Develop and maintain a client portfolio
• Demonstrate a willingness to meet client needs with sound product knowledge of product lines, including pharmaceuticals and complementary options
• Uphold a professional working relationship with all clients
Other Skills
• Demonstrates proficiency in entering and locating information using computer or mobile technologies
• Effectively communicates via phone, email, and in-person
• Creates engaging, written educational content for customers in the pharmacy setting and online platforms (such as social media)
Availability
• Fridays (weekly)
• Help out on other days as needed
• Additional hours are subject to negotiation
