📍 Hammond Park Family Practice – Full Time / Part Time
📍 Jupiter Health CBD – Part Time / Casual
📍 Jupiter Health Byford – Part Time / Casual
📍 Sanctuary Wellness & Medical Centre – Casual
📍 Jupiter Health Spearwood – Full Time / Part Time / Casual
📍 Jupiter Health Lakelands – Casual
📍 GP Skin Co. – Casual Pool
📍 GP Clinic – Casual Pool
✨ Experience preferred but not essential — we welcome nurses who are eager to learn and grow within General Practice Nursing.
🩺 Role includes (but is not limited to):
• Patient triage & acute care
• Chronic disease management & health assessments
• Adult & childhood immunisations
• Treatment room coordination
• Stock control & sterilisation
• Infection control practices
• Recall & reminder management
• Assisting in minor procedures
• Mole Mapping (participating locations only)
• Patient education and holistic care
✅ Essential Criteria:
• Current AHPRA Registration
• CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• HESA Accredited Immunisation Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care

• Knowledge of Best Practice software
