π¨ Inspiring Story Alert π¨
We are always inspired by what people can do, and by celebrating their achievements we hope you will be too!
This month we want to share a success story of two of our very own clients β Bri and Kyle.
Bri lives with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) affecting her knee, and Kyle lives with persistent back pain, both of which significantly impact their day-to-day life. Both Bri and Kyle have been working with our team over a period of time to improve their mobility, strength, and confidence in movement while building their skills to manage pain flare ups and setbacks, as they are both eager to adventure and refuse to let their pain limit their lives.
Last weekend, Bri & Kyle completed the 4 km walk event at the Chevron City to Surf in Karratha, WA β a huge milestone for both of them! This achievement is great reminder that rehabilitation and recovery isn't only about reducing pain β but about working towards meaningful goals, staying active in ways that matter to you, and regaining the confidence and ability to take on challenges.
We are incredibly proud of Bri and Kyle for all their hard work, for stepping outside their comfort zone and for achieving a meaningful goal that they had set themselves.
