Equine Assisted Breath and Flow I am an Earth medicine woman who weaves different modalities in sessions to help bring peace back to the parts of you that feel heavy, lost or broken.

The plants, the land, and the animals aren’t just “tools” to use; they share their wisdom and are living allies that support every session of your healing journey. And if I am being honest... There is a part of me that is still tender, still healing and in need of their strength. My wounds remind me of how vulnerable our souls can feel and that compassion and sympathy is my greatest gift to you. You are safe and held in loving arms here. Healing doesn’t always look the way we imagine it should. Sometimes it’s simply standing beside a horse, sharing space, and allowing a connection to unfold.

A birthday gift became a precious morning with the herd. There was no set process or expectation of what needed to happen. Just two gorgeous humans spending time with the horses, letting them come close in their own way.

Every horse in the herd chose to spend time with the birthday boy. Watching them soften and settle around him, each offering something different in those moments of connection, a simple quiet invitation to simply be.

We can become so focused on what healing should look like that we miss these gentle moments. It doesn’t always need a treatment bed, closed eyes or a structured session.

When we let go of expectations, we make room to receive what the horses so graciously offer. 🤍🐴

A few months ago I made the very deliberate decision to slow things down a little. I extended my sessions, reduced my hours and started seeing fewer clients each week.

It wasn’t about doing less, it was about being able to give more.

For me, this work needs presence. I never want to feel rushed, overbooked or energetically stretched and then expect myself to give someone 100% when they walk through my door.

The longer sessions have given us more space to slow down, let things unfold and really honour whatever needs to come up on the day.

So thank you to everyone who has embraced the changes and trusted me with your healing. I really do feel called to work fewer hours, with fewer people, but give so much more to each person I work with.

And honestly, it feels really good.

I had the absolute honour of spending time with and getting to know this beautiful medicine woman during my time in Peru.

This video was taken at a sacred priestess temple we trekked to during one of our days together. Peru was deeply transformative, and I feel so grateful to now be bringing some of this beautiful medicine home.

Throughout August, I’m offering Shamanic Womb Clearing and Activation sessions by cash donation.

These gentle, intuitive sessions are approximately one hour and support the release of old emotional patterns, energetic imprints and anything you feel ready to let go of, before activating the space with energy aligned with your highest path.

I’m home… and slowly finding my feet again.

After returning from Peru, I gave myself some much-needed time to rest, reconnect with my family and begin integrating everything I experienced and received during such a profound journey.

This beautiful little video captures one of the many moments I will treasure forever, a blessing offered by Inka priestess, Q’ero shaman Doña Juanita, in our despacho and mesa ceremonies.

A despacho is a sacred prayer offering created in gratitude and reciprocity with Pachamama, the Apus and the spirit world. It is an opportunity to offer what we are ready to release, restore balance and breathe our prayers and intentions into what we are ready to welcome.

Soon afterwards, my "mesa", my personal medicine bundle, was blessed within the Q’ero tradition. It is difficult to put into words what an honour that was. To have the medicine I have been developing and carrying in relationship with Spirit acknowledged, blessed and connected with this living tradition felt deeply humbling and incredibly sacred.

I know I will be integrating these teachings for a long time to come, allowing them to deepen my personal practice and gently inform the way I hold space for others.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more photographs and reflections from Peru, along with details of a beautiful new four-week shamanic journey I am creating.

This course will offer a gentle and grounded introduction to practices you can continue using at home, supporting you to deepen your connection with yourself, nature and Spirit; explore what you may be ready to release; strengthen your intuition; and begin creating your own meaningful spiritual practices.

I’m also returning to my regular working schedule, although with intentionally reduced hours as I honour a slower and more sustainable rhythm.

There is so much beauty still to share.

Today is the day. I've been touristing in Cusco, Peru for 6 days now and what an experience it's been. Travelling alone has been such a great boost for my confidence. I too can do hard things.

But this morning is different, the retreat starts today.......I know that healing is going to happen and I know it can feel and look really ugly. But who am I to want to walk with you through your healing journey, if my own healing journey has stopped.

Remember healing is continual.
