I’ve been reflecting a lot over the past couple of years as I travel through perimenopause, and I haven’t shared a lot because it feels inauthentic to share when I’m not really feeling it.

I’ve been sitting with some heaviness around how many women move through these seasons of life without support, mentorship, or a different lens to view them through.

So much of what we hear around menopause feels pathologised. Symptoms upon symptoms. Rather than being honoured as a sacred rite of passage, a threshold of deep transformation.

More and more, I feel called to open space for these conversations. Sharing my own journey of cyclical living, womanhood, slowing down, and reconnecting with a more earth-based and meaningful way of moving through change.

I didn’t have many women around me speaking about these seasons of life in this way growing up, and I can’t help but wonder how many other women feel this too. So, Returning to Rhythm will be a weekly space for reflections on honouring the natural cycles of life. If you’re feeling this too, I hope you’ll stop by each Wednesday 🌿💜✨

Life has been feeling beautifully full lately. Between study, supporting amazing NDIS participants, growing gardens, living in deep partnership, and living a slower, more earth-connected life off grid, Im finding even more sacred medicine every single day. 🌿

There’s something really special about learning which plants support different parts of the body and nervous system, then getting to blend teas and create little earthy concoctions by hand 🍵
