We are a family owned business and all our honey is cold extracted, unblended and unprocessed. This means all the pollen and beneficial parts of the honey remain to keep it in its purest form straight from the hive. Each harvest is separated into different buckets at the time of extraction and even though the colour is dark the flavour and aroma can change depending what native flora is flowering

at the time.We use all these products ourselves as a family and my children just love eating the fresh honey comb and honey on there toast.
