🪞🐎 The Horse as a Mirror 🐎🪞
"The horse is a mirror to your soul. Sometimes you might not like what you see, sometimes you will."
– Buck Brannaman

There’s something powerful about the silent truth a horse reflects. Whether you're training, riding, or simply spending time with them, they respond to the energy you bring. Calm, chaos, fear, confidence—whatever's inside, they show it back.

✨ Let them teach you. Let them humble you. Let them heal you. ✨

At Tullybrook, meaningful employment begins with belonging, confidence, and opportunity.

Through personalised pathways, participants are supported to discover their strengths, build practical skills, and explore valued roles within their community. From microbusiness projects and hands-on learning to developing independence and social confidence, each journey is tailored to the individual.

We see potential first — creating spaces where people can grow, contribute, and be recognised for their unique abilities.

Because employment is more than a job. It’s purpose, connection, and being valued in your community.

Happy Birthday Kattrina 🎉🎂💛

Today we celebrate Kattrina with a birthday cake made with love by participants and shared together with friends at work at the Denmark Tip Shop. Moments like these are so much more than cake and celebrations. They are about connection, belonging, friendship, and being part of a community where everyone is valued.

Happy Birthday Kattrina. We hope your day was as special as you are! 🥳✨

Day 3 of our April Peer Program brought connection, confidence and a whole lot of fun.

We started the morning at Denmark Country Club with a golf lesson, where participants stepped outside their comfort zones, practised coordination and focus, and built confidence trying something new. A big thank you to Steve for his generosity and guidance.

The Easter egg hunt followed, full of laughter, teamwork and shared excitement, supporting social connection and cooperative play.

We then enjoyed lunch by the Denmark River at Reminisce Cafe, creating space for relaxed conversation, community engagement and real world social skill development in a beautiful natural setting.

Learning outcomes from today included:
• Building confidence through new experiences
• Developing coordination, focus and persistence
• Strengthening social communication and teamwork
• Practising emotional regulation in dynamic environments
• Enhancing community participation and sense of belonging

Another day of growth, connection and friendship.
