It’s so beautiful to just be amongst the tree’s in nature - acknowledging their stature, their wisdom, all the gists they give us. In my work as a Craniosacral Therapist I often imagine the strength and stillness of the tree trunk - it’s rather like our spine. It’s very grounding to be able to connect in with the trees. To be present with the trees we can access our inner quietness and stillness. Try it yourself- sit in the garden, a local park or an area of forest and just sit with the tree’s. 🌳🪾🌴

Spending time in nature - appreciating its beauty, breathing in the fresh air, feeling your feet connecting into the earth, giving us the opportunity to slow down and connect to our dynamic stillness.
As a biodynamic Craniosacral practitioner we are helping clients reconnect with their own dynamic stillness. It’s a gentle touch therapy that helps the client to become more embodied. Most of us spend a great deal on time in our heads or disconnected to our bodies, usually as a response to life events! This gentle therapy helps you to reconnect at your own pace.

I’ve just returned from an incredible 4 day post Grad course for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in New Zealand where the richness of the land, the generosity of our hosts, beautiful fellow participants and the wisdom and facilitation of our presenter was inspiring.
