My name is Esther Rijk and I am the face behind Illari Health Naturopathy and Dietetics 🍃
As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and registered Naturopath, I am passionate about supporting people to feel their best through evidence-based nutritional and herbal medicine, as well as diet and lifestyle interventions.
I work predominately in digestive health and adrenal support. This encompasses the treatment and management of IBS symptoms, food intolerances, inflammatory bowel disease and microbiome imbalance relating to chronic stress, fatigue, inflammation etc.
