Hey Guys,

The Women and Men (WAM) Online Sharing Circle is a joint initiative by Mens Wellbeing Inc (MW) and Women's Wellbeing Association (WWA).

It’s like an Open Men’s Group, only online (via Zoom) and open to BOTH men and women to attend.

The WAM Online Sharing Circle will have two experienced facilitators, one from each organisation: MW & WWA.

The benefits of attending may include…

* It’s a supported space where you can share what’s going on for you;>
* You can attend from the privacy and convenience of your own home;>
* It’s a place where you can be heard, accepted, and not judged;>
* Sometimes it can help to just talk about what’s going on for you;>
* Just by being present, listening and witnessing what’s going on for others, you’re supporting them.

Bookings essential. All men and women (over 18yo) are welcome to attend. No previous experience in men’s or women’s groups is required, and attendance is free.

This 1-day workshop is with Physiotherapist & TRE Australia Founder Richmond Heath is suitable for people new to TRE as well as those experienced in the technique.

This workshop teaches you TRE for your personal use & does not provide a qualification to teach TRE to others.
