Nutrition plays a massive role in whatever your health and fitness goals are. We don’t believe in extreme calorie counting or any diet fads but we do believe in educating you to understand how to fuel your body with nutrient dense foods to help you achieve yours goals and to give you sustainable energy throughout the day! This week is all about supporting each other, checking in and being active together πŸ’ͺ🏼

What you can expect across the week:
β–ͺ️Bring a mate for free to any strength or HIIT class (pending availability please contact the coach)
β–ͺ️A brief phone call check in from one of the TWM coaches
β–ͺ️The Push for Better, Push up Challenge which you are welcome to join or donate to, we are also running a maximum 1 hour push up challenge on the 6th!

1000 CLASSES.

We've had some big milestones recently amongst our loyal TWM clients including the lovely Sue Salter, who has now completed over 1000 sessions! πŸ’ͺ🏼

Sue has been a regular client over the years and gets involved with anything and everything, whether that be a strength or HIIT class, Pilates, boxing - she does it all!

She's one of the friendliest individuals we know in the gym and is known for a little bit of cheeky attitude if she's not too keen on doing something - a quote from her not wanting to play the rock, paper, scissors warm up - "I'm not gonna play that stupid game" 🀭

She's an absolute superstar and a pleasure to have apart of the TWM family, well done Sue!

THE 50 CHALLENGE is UNDER WAY ✨

A group of 20 clients kicked off their 10 week health campaign to be the best versions of themselves this Monday. Each client has chosen either 3, 4 or 5 sessions / week to aim for across the 10 weeks.

They underwent a series of pre-testing exercises, gathered nutrition, lifestyle and other health tips that they will implement across our progressively overloaded 10 week program.

Clients receive regular check ins, a weekly lifestyle challenge and many other strategies to keep them accountable, educated and most of all having fun with their training mates!

TONY HITS 1000.

Over the past week, we've had an amazing milestone for our long term client Tony, hitting 1000 sessions here at TWM! ⭐️

The consistency and effort you've shown in the gym is truely inspiring! Coach Liam even says when he catches himself feeling sore from training, that he thinks of Tony who comes to the gym to deadlift 70kg after playing a game of footy πŸ’ͺ🏼

An inspiration to us all to continue to work harder, stay humble and enjoy what we've got now (apparently the DOMs only get worse from here) πŸ‘€
