SEMPHN's Stakeholder Feedback Survey is now open and we'd love to hear from you.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes and will help us understand what's working well, where we can improve, and how we can better support the communities we serve.

For every completed survey, SEMPHN will donate $2 to Foodbank Victoria, supporting programs that help provide fresh, nutritious food to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across Victoria, including Melbourne's south east.
