This September, we’re proud to support Liptember - supporting WMHA , a campaign dedicated to raising awareness and funds for women’s mental health across Australia. ❤️

Liptember encourages us to put on our brightest lipstick, start conversations and help break down the stigma that can surround mental health.

Funds raised support research, advocacy, education and awareness, helping create better mental health outcomes for women and girls.

So this September, wear your lippy proudly, start a conversation and help us make a difference. 💋

When I assess a face, I’m not looking at whatever is in fashion- I’m looking at anatomy.

Facial shape, proportions, soft tissue distribution, skeletal structure and skin quality all influence how we perceive a face. It’s rarely one feature that stands out; it’s how the features work together. And Todd Peyton from North Queensland Cowboys has a really intriguing masculine facial aesthetic.

In this video, I break down some of the anatomical characteristics that contribute to Todd’s facial harmony and explain how I evaluate the face from a structural perspective.

✨ Magic, margaritas & a very good cause. ✨

Last night, Refresh NQ had the pleasure of attending Magic & Margaritas, hosted by Donnie Harris Law in support of The Cure Starts Now Australia and their work funding research into childhood brain cancer.

There was close-up magic by Mathew , live music, margaritas, delicious food by A Touch of Salt | Restaurant | Townsville, a few raffle prizes… and some incredibly inspiring stories shared throughout the evening. The venue was The Parlour, inside Wedding and Events Venue in Townsville, North Queensland

A beautiful night, made even more meaningful knowing it was helping support such an important cause. 💛

Thank you to the team at Donnie Harris Law for putting together such a memorable evening - we loved being part of it. ✨
