The 5th International Bowen Therapy Conference took place from May 1st to May 3rd in Geelong, Australia. It was a deeply inspiring and highly informative event.

I had the great honour of finally meeting Ossie (94) and Elaine Rentsch (85), without whom this extraordinary healing art may never have evolved — not in Australia, and certainly not worldwide. Receiving their personal blessings for practising and teaching this powerful form of therapy was a truly humbling and deeply meaningful moment for me.

Representatives from Australia, New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Hong Kong, Germany, and Bulgaria delivered outstanding presentations, sharing knowledge, experience, and vision. The conference was a powerful reminder of the importance of building bridges — not only within the health sector, but also between countries, practitioners, and communities around the world.

Andrea brings more than three decades of experience in health, movement, and embodied practice to her work as a Bowen Therapist and educator.

With a background in yoga, body psychotherapy, and holistic health, she brings depth, precision, and a strong understanding of fascia and nervous system regulation to her teaching.

Her first Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy intake will commence in Perth (Yokine) on 4–5 July.
