Unfortunately my lease for the Shedding expires on July 30 and I will be closing at that date. I have tried to find someone willing and able to take up the stewardship of The Shedding, and still hope someone may come forward.

If someone does take over and continues running it as a community space, I will forward all details to you so you can continue your bookings. But otherwise I encourage you to find a back-up venue for events after July 26.

If you'd like to put your hand up, please reach out to Home In The Bay/Sandra Seaton on 0447561233 or email [email protected]. I am happy to discuss what things you'd like to remain at the space for future use (tables, chairs, marquee, etc).

Personally, I'd like to thank you for your support. This business has been a lifeboat for me and support like yours has kept me and my three children nourished - in all ways possible. It has been my privilege to hold this space so thank you.
