TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice, so that I can accommodate other clients. If you provide this notice, you can transfer your 30% deposit to your rescheduled appointment. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit, or be charged a 30% late cancellation fee of
the total service price if you rebooked without paying a deposit. Please note that if you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a 30% no-show fee of the total service price, and may not be able to rebook at my discretion after two no-shows. I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, which is why I will waive the late cancellation fee if you receive a positive COVID test result.
