Today is R U OK Day, and our teams across Fraser Coast, Gin Gin, North Burnett, and Bundaberg spent the morning doing what they try to do every day anyway: sitting down properly, taking the time, and genuinely asking how everyone's going. Some Days Are Just Harder. And That's Allowed. 💛

Not every day at Day Service, or at home, goes to plan, and that's completely normal. What we notice more than the hard moment itself is what happens after it: someone trying again, asking for a hand, or simply turning up the next day anyway 🤝 That's resilience, and it doesn't need to look impressive to count.
