🧠 Exciting milestone!

I’m proud to announce that I am now a Registered NeuroHAB® Provider.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I’m passionate about helping people improve their movement, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based exercise. This certification has expanded my knowledge and skills in neurological rehabilitation, allowing me to better support people living with neurological conditions using functional, client-centred rehabilitation.

Learning never stops, and I’m committed to continually growing so I can provide the highest quality care to every client I work with.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. I’m excited to put these new skills into practice and continue making a positive difference in the lives of my clients. 💙

Great professional development session today with Tony Miller, a highly experienced local physiotherapist and knee specialist.

We discussed the latest evidence and practical approaches to managing knee pain, osteoarthritis, patellofemoral pain, and improving outcomes for our clients.

Continuous learning and collaboration with experienced clinicians help ensure I provide the highest quality care to the people I work with.

Thank you, Tony, for sharing your knowledge and insights.

EXERCISE: A POWERFUL TOOL FOR MANAGING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE 🏃‍♂️💪

Did you know that regular exercise can significantly reduce blood pressure and improve heart health?

Recent research has shown that both aerobic exercise (walking, cycling, swimming) and resistance training (strength training) can help improve blood vessel function, autonomic nervous system regulation, and overall cardiovascular health.

📚 Research Spotlight:
“Effects of aerobic and resistance exercise on patients with hypertension: a systematic review and meta-analysis focusing on the sympathetic nervous system.”
Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine, 2025.

✅ Lower blood pressure
✅ Improve heart health
✅ Reduce cardiovascular disease risk
✅ Enhance overall wellbeing

As an Exercise Physiologist, I help individuals safely use exercise as medicine to manage chronic health conditions and improve quality of life.
