So much fun Painting in the Park last Saturday!! 🎨 With the sun streaming through the canopy, we shook off any niggles, let go of the outcome and followed an easy and fun painting process using pieces from nature and seeing what happens! In Kyoto, Japan, I found a patch of forest and began the slow walk of Forest Bathing 🍃 it can feel a bit shaky and unbalanced. We aren't used to walking this slow. But feeling the forest floor under all parts of your foot and slowness in your leg joints is part of the slowing down process that leads to a deep sense of calm and connection 😌

On Saturday, we Forest Bathed 🍃💞 it was such a relaxing experience for the six of us, I forgot to grab a photo at the end 🫠 So here's a before shot, where we meet above the turtle pond. Disconnecting with technology is a big part of the magic of Forest Bathing. Rediscovering how present and connected we can be without it. We used our memories not our cameras and then we just floated off into our weekends feeling calm and centered - ahh! 😌
